ol-ext: INSEEBin source

Used in the field of geomarketing, gridding is a method for sub-dividing the country into regular grids, square in shape and of equal area.
It can be used for binning data to obtain sociodemographic information that is much more granular and representative of the population.
The French INSEE grid is a 2.3 million squares grid (200m x 200m) that cover the France based on lambert azimutha equal area projection (EPSG:3035).
