ol.filter.Colorize add colors effects on a map (hue, saturation, grayscale, invert, enhance...).
It uses canvas composite operations to achieve the effects.
You can customize effetcs, colors and intensity (value) of the filters.
Predefined filters are avaliable as shortcut (grayscale, sepia, invert).
