Display an overlay with a content on the map.

• The closeBox option adds a close button to hide the overlay.
• The closeOnClick option enable close when click on the element.
• You can listen to the change:visible event to sknow when overlay is displayed/hidden.

ol.control.Overlay requires jQuery. The example uses the ol.control.Toggle to display a toggle control to show the menu.
