ol-ext: Edit bar

ol.control.EditBar is a control bar for editing a source. It is provided with a bunch of editing tools.

You can give your own interaction to the edit bar using the interactions option.

You can set your own title in the interactions options by :

1. passing the title directly
2. passing an object with a title propertie
3. passing an interaction with a title property
